Booking & Travel Requirements ✈️

Advance Booking Requirement
Dates must be reserved at least 2 weeks prior to surgery.

Lodging Requirement
Patient must provide the nurse with:
• Private bedroom (with door)
• Private bathroom

 Air Travel

A round-trip airline ticket must be provided for the nurse.

Ground Transportation

Patient arranges transportation to/from airport and lodging location.

Nurse can and will transport patient to Dr. Appointments and errands; in patient supplied vehicle

50% deposit due at time of booking
Remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to travel
