My name is Rachel Haskins, RN, BSN, and I have proudly served as a registered nurse for nearly 14 years. Throughout my career, I have built a strong and diverse clinical background that includes acute care nursing, telemetry, cardiac nursing, women’s health, home health, travel nursing, and leadership roles. These experiences allow me to provide safe, compassionate, and personalized concierge-level care to every client I serve.

I originally launched my concierge nursing services in 2021 while working as a travel nurse in Miami, Florida. During that time, I saw firsthand how valuable private-duty nursing support could be for patients recovering outside of traditional healthcare settings. Although I later paused services briefly to focus on motherhood and family responsibilities, I returned home to Louisville, Kentucky and relaunched the business with a renewed vision and expanded services. Today, I continue to offer travel concierge nursing support in addition to serving clients locally and throughout surrounding communities.

Today, First Premier Concierge Nursing provides a wide range of personalized concierge nursing services, including:

• Cosmetic surgery post-operative recovery care (including lipo, tummy tucks, mommy makeovers, breast procedures, facial surgery, and body contouring support)
• Home-based concierge nursing support
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Geriatric-focused wellness and safety support
• Private-duty recovery services
• Event and on-site registered nurse coverage
• Travel concierge nursing services for clients recovering outside the local area

While many clients know us for our cosmetic surgery recovery support, First Premier Concierge Nursing was created to serve individuals and families across multiple stages of care and recovery. With a strong foundation in bedside nursing, home health, and leadership experience, I remain committed to continuing education and staying current with best practices to ensure the highest level of care for every client.

Giving back to the community is also a central part of my mission. This past year, I was honored to host my first Community Wellness Fair, bringing together health education, prevention services, and community resources for families in the Louisville area. Experiences like this continue to shape the future vision of First Premier Concierge Nursing and reflect my commitment to improving access to trusted health support within the community.

I am also a proud mother of two, and I often describe this company as my youngest baby, because I pour my heart and dedication into building something meaningful for the community I serve. My goal is to continue expanding First Premier Concierge Nursing into a trusted resource that supports clients through recovery, wellness, and life transitions with professionalism, compassion, and excellence.
